Mimi was of excellent help when engaged and helping me with renting out a vehicle from Focus. She was clear and concise in explaining and made sure I was getting a vehicle most suited to my needs. She further elaborated about the promotions going on now and was thankful that she gave me a good deal on the year long vehicle I’ve leased out. Would recommend Mimi for anyone that’s looking for a vehicle as she’ll definitely be of great help to you, as she was to me :) Thank you for the excellent service!

Everything may seems smooth & fast, all the sweet sales talk. After you signed with them, anything happen or hiccups. You won’t be able to find your relationship manager, don’t give a damn to you, any accidents good luck to you. So think twice or don’t even think of signing with them.

My experience with them can be summed up to one person, my RM Mimi! She really has helped me post car collection with so many things, patiently answering my questions and checking up on me from time to time! This is what has set focus rental apart from my previous rental company! Thank you Mimi!

This is my first time dealing with Focus Rentals. I had received prompt and friendly services from the 3 staffs namely Ceri, Peter Kyah and Allbright Chen who personally served and assist in the documentation. Explain every details step by step. I’m truly impressed. Will definitely refer my friends to this young (<5 years old) but established company with great customers service to them.

I am a hirer with focus. I am utterly disappointed with the admin and accounts. departments and checking out team. and finally the person who does the sales. Lucky I was assisted by the RM Peter. Over the few days he attended to my issues even beyond his sop. He patiently listens and really serve his drivers well. Can see a fire of passion in him. But as for the rest I definitely won't consider recommend focus to my group of friends. They only wants to push the rental agreement to you and the rest is your babu. Very sad and disappointing 😞
